NCIC Inmate Communications is pleased to introduce our Recharge for Re-Entry Communications Application, our most transformative and compelling communications tool to date, through which we are able to help our incarcerated customers to engage in meaningful use of NCIC’s communications services. The mission of the Recharge for Re-Entry app (“Recharge”) is to alleviate some of the crucial communication challenges that exist between the incarcerated and their friends and families, and to provide a profound and enjoyable resource through which the incarcerated can heal, reconnect and
reintegrate back HOME. By utilizing Recharge, incarcerated people and those who care, and interact with them are able to build trust and pathways for re-connection.
